Getting started on the Healthxchange Academy

If you don’t already have a Healthxchange Online username and password please email orders@healthxchange.com who will create you a training profile that you can use to access our online training. Once set up you will be invited to create a password. When you have been allocated a username you will use this to log in on the Healthxchange Academy and register for your training of choice.

1. Under Events in the main menu, select your event of interest and click the Get Ticket Now button. Note you may order one ticket only for your personal use per event.

2. Scroll down through your Cart and click the Proceed to checkout button.

3. If you are not already registered on the Healthxchange Academy, at this stage you are asked to login with your Healthxchange Online username and password.

4. Scroll down through the Checkout and click the Place order button.

5. You will see an Order received message, and a corresponding Order received email will be sent to the email address held on your Healthxchange Online profile. A second email will also be sent to the same address with further details on how to access the event selected.

You can now view links to your event pages from either My events in the main menu or in the My account area of the website also reached from the main menu.

Each event page shows event details and any supporting course materials. Nearer the start time of the event it will display a link to the online room where the event itself will take place.
